New 252 Costal Scents Palette Review

Hey everyone!  So I decided to buy my first "palette" and after a lot of research decided that a Coastal Scents Palette would be great!  On the website link here, they had the 252 color palette on sale so, I bit the bullet and ordered it.  I believe it took three to four days to arrive so that was great!  The packaging was nice and definitely had nice clean lines and no shadows were broken.
 Look at all those colors!
Outside of package, and a free quad of purple shadows!
Bumper sticker!
And here is a pic of my eye's after I played the first time.  I will be doing tutorials, and more swatches soon, but this is my initial reaction and impression of the palette.
Don't mind my nasty brows, it was before I plucked them, lol!
At first glance the colors are gorgeous, with plenty of mattes, satins and shimmers! Lots of colors to pick from and on the website there is a place to click right under the product info pricing, that is a link that will lead you to the individual colors in the palette.  When you hover over each color, it will tell you the color of that shadow and if you click on it, it will take you to an individual page where you can buy the full size single shadow from the palette.  I believe they are $1.99 each.  They can be placed in custom palettes when you buy the single shadows.
So on to the goodies, the shimmers are gorgeous, well really all colors are, but without a primer or base, they will become "muddy" easily. You definitely want to use your skills when blending to keep the colors separate, yet blended perfectly.  Some of the mattes are chalky and not the greatest pigment wise, but some are!  It is really hit or miss.  I have really enjoyed the palette however, and will probably buy some single shadows in there full sizes later on when I begin to hit pan in the palette itself.
All in all it was a great purchase, and I love the variety of colors and the many options. With this you get what you are paying for and it is great to have to try out different looks and for those just starting out.  Madison is really learning about color blending with this palette, and I enjoy watching her learn!  So go ahead, go check out the website, you will not be sorry!!!
